Papa’s Pilar Rum is inspired by Ernest ‘Papa’ Hemingway and his beloved boat, the Pilar. Aptly named after Papa and the vessel of his adventures, Papa’s relentless spirit and sea-faring exploits inspired us to rediscover rums from his favorite ports of call.
